You must pass all six competencies to pass the course. The essay in the sixth competency is worth 50 points and will be combined with the total score for discussion participation in five of six discussions (with each discussion worth 10 points for a total of 50 possible points) to total 100 possible points for Competency 6 (you must score at least an 80 to pass that competency, as with the other five). The first five competencies consist of five posttests worth 100 points each. All six competencies are worth 100 points each. Passing grades for all competencies for this course are a score of 80 points (out of 100) or higher.
